Meet the team
Juthika Bedi is an architect and interior designer who operated a successful practice for 20 years before deciding to pursue her dream of working in the restaurant industry.
For over two years she led the the catering division at acclaimed NYC restaurant Tulsi as a Director of Operations, organizing a wide range of events including corporate gatherings, destination weddings, and non-profit fundraisers. At her first restaurant, Paisley, Juthika and Chef Peter Beck showcase largely unknown flavors and dishes from India in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood.
With 20+ years of industry experience, ranging from dive bars to Michelin Star teams, Camilo has crafted unique cocktails at Paisley since the start of our journey. Joining us after his most recent stints at Pio Pio 8 and Tamarind, his background working with diverse cuisines and his cultural experiences have provided him with the palate and desire to create a menu that compliments our delicious dishes. His perfectionist style pays homage to the classics while deploying a range of fruits, spices and liqueurs from India, South America and beyond in ways that change with each season.

Having studied in London and worked at the Hotel Rafayel, Natasha has had the opportunity to experience hospitality on a diverse, international level. Her experience working for Highgate at the Hilton Times Square NYC, where she became a manager and directed the customer relations online platform, has shown to her ability in management and people skills. With the combination of her international journey and New York City hospitality experience, Natasha helps in developing Paisley to its truest potential.
